The following terms and conditions shall govern your use of the online donation system on the PayMaya website of the #OneAgainstCOVID19 Project (hereafter referred to as “#OneAgainstCOVID19”), a fundraising initiative that aims to raise funds for various organizations and causes that are helping combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines. The #OneAgainstCOVID19 website and donation facility is owned and run by PayMaya Philippines, Inc. By donating online, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

The #OneAgainstCOVID19 Project, through its proponent, PayMaya Philippines, Inc. These partner beneficiaries are vetted by PayMaya and have given their expressed agreement to be part of the #OneAgainstCOVID19 Project, including the use of their logos.

PRIVACY NOTICE. PayMaya values the privacy of your personal information. We ask for card details and personal information on our online donation pages so we can process your donation, maintain a record of donations that may be given to partner beneficiaries, acknowledge receipt of your donation, and to help prevent fraudulent donations. The card details provided are stored by PayMaya for the purpose of processing your donation. Information on individual donations shall not be made available to any other party without your consent.
